graduation day

today is my graduation day \(^o^)/ the graduation ceremony is tonight at 7pm, and im very excited and nervous for it. i'm actually thankful it's at night this year, as opposed to the morning ones they've been doing for the previous years. it gives me time to properly prepare myself and to get rid of that horrendous bedhead i got this morning.
i have paper cranes in jars prepared to give my friend and teacher today, though i'm still in the process of decorating them. i had two other friends fold a total of 1000 (and a little more, somehow) paper cranes earlier this year, so i'm giving them a third of it (333 cranes per jar) to each of them :-) one of them offered to have theirs gifted to our homeroom teacher :]

i used to do arts and crafts a lot as a kid so had some extra ribbons lying around, thank goodness x_x; they were so gorgeous too
the above picture are the 3 jars! they all add up to 999 paper cranes (allegedly, i only checked once - it's not an easy task to count 999 cranes)
the smallest crane being only about a few millimeters in length, which was a pain to fold lol
it's a questionable decision to fold these during classes when we were about to take our exams in the same year, but i think we turned out fine so... there's that. please rest assured that we were paying attention to our lessons (ㅎᴗㅎ )... we are not bad students (i think)
our homeroom teacher ,who has also been our math teacher for the last 3 years, has been so nice and supportive to us all these years!! in our last class together she prepared a small presentation for us with pictures and videos from throughout the year. i teared up a little orz. seriously grateful
