new years resolutions

with 2026 in less than 6 hours, i wanted to write down my new years resolutions! or rather, i want to come up with some, because i haven't thought about it at all...
ive been rather laid back with my work this year and while i dont expect myself to achieve way more next year, i want to try to at least work a little more consistently on my art project, and have fun while doing so! im currently having quite a bit of fun working on it right now, so i hope i can continue to 2026 even if i have to balance two other subjects
i also want to work more on learning japanese! ive mostly been passively learning by watching/listening to japanese youtubers talk, but if my schedule allows it i want to take more time to work on my japanese. i think i've made good progress this past year, so im confident that if i do a little bit more next year i can keep growing!!
next, i also want to make more friends next year! this is probably the one im gonna achieve the easiest since im moving to a new school but i also want to spend time with them more. and maybe get some of them into the indie web..!!
i think those are all that i can think of right now. theres definitely a lot i want to achieve but these are ok for now!! :3c here's to remembering to write 2026 instead of 2025 lol
